This isn't your average museum! Your visit begins with a virtual ride in the bed of a massive two-and-a-half story Cat 797F Mining Truck. Learn how Caterpillar's story began as two companies came together to build Caterpillar on the foundation of innovation and customer focus. Unleash your inner engineer as you design your very own Cat machine. Test your skills on a simulator to see first-hand what it's like to operate equipment the way our operators do, and no visit is complete without climbing in a track-type tractor.
Centennial Celebration at Caterpillar Visitors Center, April 15
Join us at the Caterpillar Visitors Center on April 15 from 10am –5pm for this FREE event celebrating 100 years of Caterpillar!
Every guest receives a commemorative Caterpillar Centennial magnet!
From 11am – 1pm you can enjoy live music on our back plaza as the Arts in Education Spring Celebration kicks off their performance series.
Food trucks will be on site from 11am-1pm, including The Station, Rubi's Brick Oven Pizza, Grill Em All, Swanee’s Soft Pretzels & Gramma Nannas.
